Normal items are items that cannot be found twice in the same run. They usually change the run more because of the variety of stats or things they change as compared to the equipment slot items. 

• Boxing Gloves - 
  • Increase attack speed

• Heart Container - 
  • Increase max health by 1

• Birthday Cake - 
  • Increase attack damage

• Jewel -
  • Gives 10 coins

• Purse - 
  • Gives 25 coins

• Tower of Gold - 
  • Gives 50 coins

• Safe - 
  • Chance to drop coins when damaged

• Plug -
  • Chance to drop battery when damaged

• Super Battery - 
  • Fully heals 

• Light bulb - 
  • Cooldown reduction

• Clock - 
  • Cooldown reduction and increased movement speed

• Speedy Bird -
  • Increases movement speed

• Charm -
  • Increases loot find

• Pill - 
  • Greatly increases attack damage

• Super Heart Container - 
  • Increases max health by 2

• Ninja Orange - 
  • Cooldown reduction and increase max health by 1

• Cow - 
  • Increases attack damage and max health by 1

• Star - 
  • Increases invincibility time of ultimate ability 

The next few items are some of the items that can appear in new game plus (so after you beat the game for the first time). These are not all the new game plus items because I do not want to spoil it all.

• Uncommon candy - 
• Gives 1 extra skill point
